We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, articulation details, and appearances of our products that appear in our store. However, please note that colors or product finishes may differ slightly depending on your monitor or device display settings.

  • Adult Collectibles (Age 15+): All figures, transformable mecha models, and upgrade kits sold on this site are intended exclusively for adult collectors aged 15 and older. They are NOT toys for small children and contain small parts and sharp components posing potential choking hazards.
  • Prototypes vs. Production: Pre-order images and specifications may feature factory prototypes or 3D digital renders. Final mass-production products may undergo minor factory adjustments in joint tolerances, paint hues, or accessories.
  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. TITAN TF TOYS reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until TITAN TF TOYS confirms acceptance via an order confirmation notification.

  • Pre-Orders & Deposits: Pre-order deposits secure factory production allocations and are non-refundable unless the manufacturing studio officially cancels the project.
  • Returns & Exchanges: Your purchases are subject to return or replacement solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal collection or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order receipt.

Unless otherwise expressly stated (such as DDP terms on eligible US orders), posted prices do not include remote area courier surcharges, customs processing fees outside normal channels, or local import taxes where applicable.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use the designated payment method; and (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your financial institution.

All delivery times provided are estimates and are governed in detail by our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for parcel delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
