Model 2: Fixed Deposit Allocation ($20.00 – $50.00 USD)

Model 3: VIP Full Payment Pre-Order

  • How it works: Pay 100% of the estimated retail price upfront.

  • Price Lock Guarantee (Anti-Scalping): Your estimated retail price is locked at reservation. Even if aftermarket prices surge upon official release due to supply scarcity, your balance invoice will strictly honor the original target price.
  • Price Drop Protection: If the manufacturer officially lowers the final wholesale release price, we pass 100% of those savings directly to you by lowering your final balance invoice.

3. Deposit Refundability, Cancellation & Store Credit Conversion (NRD Policy)

All pre-order reservations are legally classified as Non-Refundable Allocation Deposits (NRD) once wholesale production batches are locked with manufacturing studios. This ensures authentic quota integrity and protects legitimate collectors by preventing speculative mass ordering and hoarding.

100% Full Cash Refund for Studio Cancellations

If a manufacturer or studio officially cancels a project, scraps a mold, or fails to fulfill our allocated wholesale batch, your deposit will be 100% fully refunded in cash immediately back to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.), with zero deduction or mandatory store credit lockouts.

4. Production Timelines, Estimated Arrival (ETA) & Delay Protection

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) dates displayed on product pages (e.g., Q4 2026 / Est. Oct-Nov) reflect target schedules provided directly by the studios.

High-end transforming figures undergo extensive precision mold tooling, die-cast joint tolerance testing, and hand-applied deco paint inspections. Factory revisions can occasionally extend development cycles. Schedule shifts never compromise your reserved priority rank. We actively update product listings with studio development bulletins.

5. Warehouse Arrival & 14-Day Balance Settlement Window

  • Arrival Notice & Invoice: As soon as factory stock clears warehouse check-in and quality inspection, a private balance invoice is generated and dispatched via Email and SMS.
  • 14-Day Settlement Period: Collectors have 14 calendar days from the notice date to complete the final balance.
  • FREE Standard Delivery on Balances: All pre-order balance payments automatically enjoy FREE Standard Delivery! When completing your final balance, you can directly confirm or update your latest shipping address.   • Day 7 Friendly Reminder: An automated reminder email is dispatched on Day 7 to ensure you don't miss your fulfillment window.
  • 7-Day Grace Period Extension: If you anticipate being unable to complete settlement within the standard 14-day window due to travel or emergencies, please contact support before Day 14 to request a one-time 7-day Grace Period extension.
  • Overdue & Forfeiture Terms: Invoices unpaid after 14 calendar days (or expired grace extensions) are deemed forfeited. By placing a pre-order reservation, the customer explicitly acknowledges that non-payment beyond the 14-day window constitutes an irrevocable voluntary forfeiture of both the reserved allocation and the non-refundable deposit (NRD), which is retained to offset warehouse holding and procurement overhead. Unclaimed stock will be immediately released to waitlist collectors.

The shipping destination entered during initial deposit checkout is preliminary. When opening your private balance payment link, you can directly confirm or update your latest shipping address before completing payment—ensuring your figure always arrives at your current address even after long production windows.

If your checkout includes both in-stock figures and future pre-order items, our system automatically applies a split shipment:

Box Condition Standards & Protective Packaging (C9+ Transit Grade)

While we guarantee pristine mint condition for the internal figure and all parts, minor corner creasing or shelf wear on outer packaging due to international transit is considered standard grade (C9+) and does not qualify for full returns or free box replacements. Factory-Sealed (MISB) Standard & Optional Pre-Shipment QC Inspection

All figures ship in 100% Factory-Sealed, Mint In Sealed Box (MISB) condition by default, with original factory tamper-evident seals intact—never opened, handled, or sampled.

However, we recognize that factory assembly oversights (such as duplicate hands or missing accessories) occasionally happen at the studio level.
