14-Day Return Policy for Unopened Items

You may submit a return request for any unopened, factory-sealed item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must remain in original collector condition (MISB) with all manufacturer security seals, plastic films, and accessories completely intact.

Received a figure with a missing accessory, factory defect, or joint breakage during initial transformation? You do not need to return the entire figure! We work directly with third-party studio manufacturers to dispatch authentic replacement parts directly to you free of charge.

Transit Damage Protection (Box Collectors)

Every shipment from TITAN TF TOYS is packed with heavy-duty aircraft corrugated boxes, 360-degree high-density bubble wraps, and corner guards. If your package arrives crushed or water-damaged by postal carriers, please photograph the outer carton and contents immediately. We will initiate insurance claim compensation or exchange without delay.
