• Factory Deficiencies: Missing accessories, duplicate parts (e.g., two left hands), missing screws, or unpainted components.
• Joint Breakage during Unboxing: Stress fractures or joint shear occurring during initial transformation within 14 days of arrival.

How to Submit a Parts Request

1. Locate your Order Number (e.g. #TT1024).
2. Take clear photos or a brief video illustrating the defective part and the instruction manual diagram indicating the exact piece needed.
