FansToys FT-60 Oceanus Broadside G1 MP Scale Triple Changer Figure [Pre-Order]

At TITAN TF TOYS, our pre-order system is designed to provide collectors with a transparent, secure reservation process for upcoming collectible figures, third-party transforming mecha, die-cast robots, and designer toys. We eliminate pre-order uncertainty with guaranteed batch allocations, price protection, flexible address confirmation, and collector-grade packaging.

1. Three Pre-Order Reservation Models

We offer three flexible reservation options tailored to different collectible categories:

Model 1: $1 Early Bird Deposit (2X Expansion Value)

• How it works: Pay a $1.00 USD deposit to lock in your guaranteed factory allocation immediately.
• 2X Expansion Bonus: When the figure arrives at our warehouse, your $1.00 deposit automatically doubles into a $2.00 USD credit deducted from your final balance invoice.
• Best for: Masterpiece-scale figures, Legends-scale items, and highly anticipated new releases.

Model 2: Fixed Deposit Allocation ($20.00 – $50.00 USD)

• How it works: Pay a standardized deposit to secure high-value or limited-production items.
• 100% Dollar-for-Dollar Credit: The entire deposit amount is deducted from your final arrival balance invoice.
• Best for: Massive combiner figures, planetary-scale mecha, heavy die-cast statues, and limited collector editions (Retail value > $250).

Model 3: VIP Full Payment Pre-Order

• How it works: Pay 100% of the estimated retail price upfront.
• Priority Fulfillment: Bypass the secondary balance invoice process entirely. Your figure is dispatched immediately upon warehouse arrival in the first fulfillment wave.
• Best for: Aftermarket upgrade kits, LED accessories, and collectors who prefer a single checkout.

2. Guaranteed Allocation & Price Protection

• 100% Verified Batch Allocation: Every pre-order placed with TITAN TF TOYS secures an authentic production slot directly with licensed manufacturers and trusted studios. We strictly prohibit speculative overselling.
• Price Lock Guarantee (Anti-Scalping): Your estimated retail price is locked at reservation. Even if aftermarket prices surge upon official release due to supply scarcity, your balance invoice will strictly honor the original target price.
• Price Drop Protection: If the manufacturer officially lowers the final wholesale release price, we pass 100% of those savings directly to you by lowering your final balance invoice.

3. Deposit Refundability, Cancellation & Store Credit Conversion (NRD Policy)

All pre-order reservations are legally classified as Non-Refundable Allocation Deposits (NRD) once wholesale production batches are locked with manufacturing studios. This ensures authentic quota integrity and protects legitimate collectors by preventing speculative mass ordering and hoarding.

Collector-First Flexibility: 100% Store Credit Conversion (via Joy Loyalty)

We are collectors ourselves, and we recognize that personal budgets and collecting priorities can shift during multi-month production windows. Therefore, we provide an exclusive, collector-friendly alternative to forfeiture:

• 100% Dollar-for-Dollar Conversion: If you cannot or do not wish to complete your pre-order, you may request to convert 100% of your paid deposit into TITAN Store Credit (Energon Cubes) via our Joy Loyalty Rewards program (Exchange rate: 100 Points = $1.00 USD).
• Zero Loss & Never Expires: For example, a $30.00 deposit converts into 3,000 Energon Cubes. Your points never expire and can be redeemed instantly toward ANY in-stock figure, upgrade kit, or future pre-order on our platform.
• How to Request: Simply email our support desk at service@titantftoys.com with your original order number (e.g., #TT1008) prior to balance invoice expiration. Your points will be credited to your account within 24 business hours, and your pre-order will be safely closed.
• Transfer to Fellow Collectors: Alternatively, you may transfer your balance invoice directly to another collector by providing their email address upon arrival notification.

100% Full Cash Refund for Studio Cancellations

If a manufacturer or studio officially cancels a project, scraps a mold, or fails to fulfill our allocated wholesale batch, your deposit will be 100% fully refunded in cash immediately back to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.), with zero deduction or mandatory store credit lockouts.

4. Production Timelines, Estimated Arrival (ETA) & Delay Protection

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) dates displayed on product pages (e.g., Q4 2026 / Est. Oct-Nov) reflect target schedules provided directly by the studios.

High-end transforming figures undergo extensive precision mold tooling, die-cast joint tolerance testing, and hand-applied deco paint inspections. Factory revisions can occasionally extend development cycles. Schedule shifts never compromise your reserved priority rank. We actively update product listings with studio development bulletins.

5. Warehouse Arrival & 14-Day Balance Settlement Window

• Arrival Notice & Invoice: As soon as factory stock clears warehouse check-in and quality inspection, a private balance invoice is generated and dispatched via Email and SMS.
• 14-Day Settlement Period: Collectors have 14 calendar days from the notice date to complete the final balance.
• FREE Standard Delivery on Balances: All pre-order balance payments automatically enjoy FREE Standard Delivery! When completing your final balance, you can directly confirm or update your latest shipping address. For full transit times, carrier options, and regional shipping terms, please see our Shipping Policy.
• Day 7 Friendly Reminder: An automated reminder email is dispatched on Day 7 to ensure you don't miss your fulfillment window.
• 7-Day Grace Period Extension: If you anticipate being unable to complete settlement within the standard 14-day window due to travel or emergencies, please contact support before Day 14 to request a one-time 7-day Grace Period extension.
• Overdue & Forfeiture Terms: Invoices unpaid after 14 calendar days (or expired grace extensions) are deemed forfeited. By placing a pre-order reservation, the customer explicitly acknowledges that non-payment beyond the 14-day window constitutes an irrevocable voluntary forfeiture of both the reserved allocation and the non-refundable deposit (NRD), which is retained to offset warehouse holding and procurement overhead. Unclaimed stock will be immediately released to waitlist collectors.
• Self-Service Balance Portal: If arrival emails are caught by spam filters, look up your allocation anytime via our Balance Settlement Portal.

6. Flexible Delivery Address Confirmation & Free Standard Delivery

The shipping destination entered during initial deposit checkout is preliminary. When opening your private balance payment link, you can directly confirm or update your latest shipping address before completing payment—ensuring your figure always arrives at your current address even after long production windows.

In addition, all pre-order balance payments automatically enjoy FREE Standard Delivery （Economy Air Express ）! For complete transit times, carrier details, and regional customs information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

7. Mixed Carts & Split Shipment Policy

If your checkout includes both in-stock figures and future pre-order items, our system automatically applies a split shipment:

• In-Stock Products: Packed and shipped via tracked express within 24–48 hours.
• Pre-Order Products: Held as an active priority reservation until the official batch arrives at our facility.

8. TITAN Mint Box Armor™ Packaging Guarantee & Quality Inspection

We are collectors ourselves. We understand that a pristine, uncrushed box and flawless parts are essential to your collection:

• Double-Box Protection: Five-layer hardened corrugated aircraft outer cartons.
• 8 Corner Protectors: Heavy plastic corner edge guards shielding all vulnerable angles.
• Air Column Cushioning: 360-degree high-density bubble armor preventing internal movement.
• Factory Defect After-Sales: Free direct factory replacement parts support for missing accessories, duplicate parts, broken joints, or factory stress marks occurring upon initial unboxing inspection.

Box Condition Standards & Protective Packaging (C9+ Transit Grade)

All figures ship sealed in original packaging (MISB) reinforced with heavy-duty 5-layer corrugated export cartons and bubble protection. While we guarantee pristine mint condition for the internal figure and all parts, minor corner creasing or shelf wear on outer packaging due to international transit is considered standard grade (C9+) and does not qualify for full returns or free box replacements. If internal parts are missing or damaged, our 100% Free Factory Replacement Service applies.

Factory-Sealed (MISB) Standard & Optional Pre-Shipment QC Inspection

All figures ship in 100% Factory-Sealed, Mint In Sealed Box (MISB) condition by default, with original factory tamper-evident seals intact—never opened, handled, or sampled.

However, we recognize that factory assembly oversights (such as duplicate hands or missing accessories) occasionally happen at the studio level. If you are a hands-on display collector who intends to unbox and pose your figure, and you wish to eliminate out-of-box defect risks before international dispatch, you may request our complimentary Free Pre-Shipment QC Check when settling your balance invoice (or by contacting customer support). Our specialized technicians will carefully unseal the outer retail box in our cleanroom facility to verify runner sprues, complete accessory counts, and joint integrity before applying our armored protective packaging.
